Pre-Construction Services
Offering 37 years of construction experience, we can offer Value Engineering from experience to get your project planed and started down the right path. We have seen a lot of things work and a lot of things not work, so let our experience and other peoples mistakes save you time and money on your projects.
Constructability Review
We can perform a constructability review of the project to see if it can actually be built. This included reviewing access for material trucks and concrete trucks, electrical services, water and sewer services. Perform a feasibility study for pre planning.
CPM Schedule
We will write a CPM construction schedule with indicators and measures to show if the project starts to run behind.
Cash Flow Projections
Set up spending curves and a perform cash flow analysis to support the course of the project.
Draw Cycles
Layout draw cycle for the entire project to ensure sufficient cash flow through the life of the construction project.
Logistics Plan
We will write a logistics plan for the project. This is very important and quite often overlooked. If materials stop arriving on time, the project will ultimately stop in it tracks.
Conceptual Design
We have considerable conceptual design expertise and we can often present the best way to layout a project or layout a construction plan for a project.
Project Justification
An important part of any project is whether it can actually be done within the allotted time frame an also within the estimated budget. We can tell before anything is started as to whether the project will be able to be completed on time of on budget. It is a lot cheaper to know this information at the beginning, rather than during a project when the financial well runs dry.
Schedule Assurance / Review
If you scheduling is already written, assuring that the schedule is an accurate plan of a project is extremely important before the plan is followed.
Risk Mitigation
We can identify risks within a project, giving you the opportunity to mitigate against them before they become a problem. Often simply being aware of a risk can prevent it from becoming a major threat to a project.
Permit Expediting
Permit Expediting is a huge part of the Pre Construction Phase, as it can be the difference of a project that starts and a projected that stalls in it tracks.
Reverse Scheduling
We specialize in reverse project scheduling to make sure your project starts at the correct time to allow it to finish on time. Using Primavera P6, we can incorporate trade partners schedules into a master schedule. Let us plan and start your project off correctly and we will keep things on track.
